Join Mic Crenshaw in learning about how emcees and rappers use the art of storytelling by crafting a message with words and rhythm.

Explore how to utilize the time and space of an instrumental beat and rhythm, as we use our voices and lyrics to say something powerful, original, memorable and transformative.

Participants will learn techniques for writing, practice writing their own rhymes, and share their work with the class.

One time class in The Lab. Please bring writing materials.
