Korekara Taiko: Class 2
Description
In this class you will experience the amazing power of taiko! Delve into a brief history and engage in dynamic taiko exercises that will instruct you in basic form (kata), vocal expression (kiai), oral tradition (kuchi shouga), and your first taiko song. No prior taiko experience is necessary, so prepare for an invigorating, high-energy, and loud physical activity.
Classes take place on Saturdays: 11:30am – 12:30pm
September 28, October 5, 19, & 26 (no class on 10/12)
Classes will be available to current 2025/26 members beginning on June 5 @ 7pm.
