Everybody Move!: Class 4

Description

This 4-week Healing Arts series is a research-backed global program and designed for people living with mobility challenges. No dance experience is required – class may be enjoyed seated or standing. Energizing and inspiring music will guide you as you discover diverse dance styles and practical movement methods that address balance, flexibility, and confidence.                                                                   

Classes take place on Wednesdays: 10:00am – 11:00am

October 2, 9, 16 & 23
